We Work With

Financial Services

The model that runs your business probably lives in a spreadsheet. It’s been extended over years, it works, and the person who built it may not be at the company anymore. Nobody wants to touch it, but everybody depends on it. Meanwhile clients are asking why they can’t see their own position online, and your team is rebuilding the same projections by hand every review cycle. We’ve taken large, complex financial models and turned them into properly governed systems, with the calculations tested and auditable, and given clients a portal where their income, expenses, assets, liabilities and goals sit together in one place.

Wholesale & Distribution

Your customers order by phone and email, and someone in your office types those orders into the system. It works until it doesn’t. Wrong SKU, wrong price, an out of stock item promised to a customer who’s now annoyed. Your catalogue is a PDF that’s already out of date, customer specific pricing lives in a spreadsheet, and your reps can’t tell a customer what’s actually available without ringing the warehouse. We help distributors get their product data properly structured and put ordering in the hands of customers, through a trade portal and a mobile app, so your team stops processing orders and starts selling.

Manufacturing-industries

You’re running a modern operation on paper job cards. Quality checks get written on the floor and typed up later, if at all. When a customer asks which batch their product came from, someone goes looking through folders. Your trade customers still ring to check availability because there’s no other way to find out, and half your range isn’t in any catalogue a buyer could actually browse. And the reports reaching management are always a week behind the line. We help manufacturers organise their product range into a proper digital catalogue their B2B customers can order from directly, and get real visibility of what’s happening in production.

construction-industries

Your project data is scattered across site apps, head office systems, and whatever the subbies happen to send through. Safety forms get filled in on paper because the app doesn’t work when there’s no signal. Compliance documents expire without anyone noticing until an audit. Progress claims take days to assemble because the numbers live in four places. By the time you know a job is running over, it’s already run over. We help builders and contractors bring that information together, capture what happens on site properly, and see cost and progress while there’s still time to act on it.

insurance-industries

Off the shelf platforms almost fit, and that “almost” costs you every day. Your underwriting rules get squeezed into fields they weren’t designed for, or they sit in a spreadsheet someone updates by hand and nobody dares test. Brokers ring for documents they should be able to download themselves. Claims move through email and get stuck, and when a decision is questioned six months later the reasoning behind it is hard to reconstruct. We help insurers and underwriting agencies build systems that match how they actually underwrite, with a clear record behind every decision.

professional service

Client onboarding runs on emails and chasing. Documents arrive in six formats and someone renames and files them all. The same client answers the same questions every year. For accounting and payroll firms in particular, the compliance load only moves one way, and the software you rely on either doesn’t quite do what you need or costs more every renewal. We’ve built and continue to maintain payroll software in production, so we understand what’s involved in getting award interpretation, pay runs and reporting right, and we build the client portals and intake workflows that take the manual chasing out of the front end.

Government

Requests arrive as PDFs, get printed, and move around the office in a tray. Systems bought separately over fifteen years don’t talk to each other, so the same information gets entered three times. Citizens ring to ask where their application is because there’s no way for them to check. And every project carries accessibility, data sovereignty and procurement requirements that plenty of vendors treat as an afterthought. We’re a registered supplier under the NSW Government ICT scheme, with delivery experience across state agencies including the Department of Planning, so we understand what’s expected before the work starts.

retail

Your online store, your POS and your inventory system each think they’re the source of truth. Stock says one thing online and another in store. A customer who shops both ways looks like two different people. Promotions have to be set up twice. And once you’re operating at scale, the real problem isn’t launching something new, it’s keeping what you already have running reliably through peak trade. We support some of Australia’s largest retailers on exactly that, keeping platforms stable and integrated day to day, alongside the build work.

healthcare

Clinical staff spend more time on admin than they signed up for. Results and referrals arrive from other systems in a format nobody can read without help, so someone interprets raw data by hand before a clinician can use it. Families ring reception for updates that could easily be self-service. Rosters get rebuilt every time someone calls in sick. And underneath it sits a compliance and claiming burden that grows every year and doesn’t forgive mistakes. We’ve built HL7 integrations that pull in and interpret clinical data, including pathology and blood test results, and we’ve built kiosks and portals for aged care providers that take routine admin off staff and give residents and families a way to self-serve.

technology-industries

You either need something real in front of customers before the runway runs out, or you built something that worked at ten customers and is now creaking at a thousand. Maybe the original developer has moved on. Maybe you’ve been quoted by three agencies and none of them will commit to a number, so you can’t plan or raise against it. We’ve built SaaS platforms that have gone on to carry valuations above $10 million, and we work in phases with fixed scope and fixed price at each stage, so you always know what you’re committing to before development starts.

not for profit

Your donor and member information sits in a spreadsheet, your email platform, and someone’s memory. Reporting to funders means pulling numbers from several places and hoping they reconcile. Volunteers get rostered over text message. Event registrations come in three different ways. And every dollar spent on systems is a dollar not going to the work. We’ve worked with a wide range of Australian not-for-profits, from straightforward accessible websites through to membership portals handling registrations, renewals, events, volunteers and donations, and we scope it to the budget you actually have rather than the one a corporate would.

Transports

Drivers capture proof of delivery on paper, or on an app that stops working the moment they lose signal. Customers ring for updates and someone has to go and find out. Invoicing waits on paperwork coming back from depots. Your telematics, your TMS and your accounting system each hold part of the picture and none of them hold all of it. We help operators capture what happens in the field even without a connection, give customers visibility so they stop calling, and get delivery data through to invoicing without anyone re-keying it

mining

Your crews work in places with no phone reception and strict safety obligations, and they’re recording it all on paper. Inspection forms come back to the office days later, sometimes incomplete, sometimes not at all. Asset condition data is patchy, so maintenance decisions get made on gut feel. And when a regulator asks for evidence, someone spends a week assembling it. We help operators capture field data reliably offline, keep asset records current, and make compliance reporting something that falls out of normal work.

Agriculture

Processors, retailers and export markets keep asking for more evidence about where product came from and how it was handled. That evidence lives in notebooks, spreadsheets and people’s heads, and chasing it after the fact is slow and never quite complete. At the same time you’re tracking yields, treatments, stock movements and compliance records across multiple sites, on systems that don’t connect to the logistics or accounting side. We help agribusinesses capture this at the source, so traceability becomes a byproduct of doing the work rather than a job on top of it.

property

Your team spends the day answering questions owners and tenants could answer themselves. Where’s my statement? Has the plumber been booked? When’s the inspection? Maintenance requests come in by phone and email and get lost. Trust accounting sits apart from your CRM, so nothing reconciles easily. And the portfolio view principals want takes someone half a day to put together. We help agencies and property managers put that information directly in front of owners and tenants, and get maintenance and approvals moving without the phone calls.

education

Enrolment runs on forms, emails and follow up calls. Parents and students ring the office for things they should be able to look up. Staff maintain the same data in more than one system because those systems were never connected. And for RTOs, compliance reporting means reconstructing evidence at the end rather than having it recorded as you went. We help schools and training providers simplify enrolment, cut the routine enquiries reaching admin staff, and keep compliance records current instead of retrospective.

labour

Award interpretation is genuinely hard, and most of the software that claims to handle it doesn’t handle yours. So rostering stays in a spreadsheet and someone checks the pay run manually every fortnight. Licences and certifications expire without warning until a client asks and you can’t produce them. Timesheets arrive as photos of paper. Site reports come in over text. And every client wants their reporting formatted their own way. We help workforce businesses get rostering, timesheets and compliance onto systems built around the rules they actually work under.

hospitality

You’ve got staff across several venues, and getting a straight answer on hours worked means pulling reports from each site and putting them together yourself. Sign in happens differently everywhere. Membership, bookings and point of sale each hold their own version of the truth, so management reporting turns into a reconciliation exercise. And your website hasn’t kept up with what the venues actually offer now. We help clubs and venue groups consolidate time and attendance across sites, and present the business properly to members and guests.
