Tigerlight came to Designpluz with two key challenges. The first was poor overall UX, with a confusing navigation structure. The second was an outdated UI that needed to be modernised to better reflect the scale and expertise of their business.
To address these, Designpluz restructured the sitemap before redesigning and developing the website. To further enhance the user experience, an AI chatbot was implemented, allowing users to seamlessly navigate through Q&As and find relevant information more efficiently. Throughout the process, Designpluz closely followed Tigerlight’s brand guidelines to deliver a refined and cohesive look and feel.
